Located on marine and coastal environment has challenged our engineers to design the most optimum foundation system.
Utilities system had been design to consider the challenging ground condition. Where speed up the construction is the biggest challenge of the project, prefabricated modular system for the buildings had been extensively used to achieve the desired design conforming to stringent specifications, competitive cost and speed of construction.
Our team had designed the local infrastructure system with an integrated design to seamlessly interconnect with the overall RAPID infrastructure network.
Project is currently under construction with targeted completion within 12 months.

An interesting fascade features of this 9-storey medium-rise institutional buildings. The large overhang roof trusses added to the challenging structural design. A semi-basement provides additional parking spaces and utility services. Jacked-in Driven Spun Piles had been adopted for foundation considering medium-high column loads and considering nearby residential and commercial buildings.
Conventional beam-slab-column system adopted for superstructure for speed and cost optimization.

An International Standard Sports Facilities designed conceptually by a United Kingdom's Architects comprises of:
1) Games facilities include: Cricket Oval pitch using Desso Hybrid Grass system, 'Wembley Football' ground using 3G grass, five (5) football pitches, 12 futsall pitches.
2) Buildings:Boutique café-restaurant, large-span indoor stadium, squash courts, indoor gym-yoga facilities, outdoor spa-gym, jogging treks.
3) Challenging topography for earthworks and platforms to achieve functional yet balanced cut & fill within site.
4) Sustainable irrigation systems utilising the existing pond, rainwater and underground water sources.
5) Relatively hard ground allows for the Building foundation on shallow raft/pad foundation.
6) Large-span steel trusses for the indoor stadium.
The team utilising Building Information Modeling(BIM) System using REVIT for effective coordination during Design, Construction and Maintenance.

An interesting, cultural-based institutional building with large-span structures, located on the slope profile. It will take advantage on slope by balancing the cut and fill earthworks volume. Flat slab & conventional structures are used in combination for both economical and speed of construction.
Tampin Hopsital 108 Beds,

We had been assigned to carry out an Independent Consultancy Services for this 108 beds of the District Hospital. Conventional construction system had been adopted for cost and speed of construction.
The two-four storey buildings are mostly founded on piled-foundation to suit the varying profile of the ground. With the design and construction completed timely, the hospital had been in operation and buildings and utilities had since performed as designed.

Marine Department Training Centre ,

Its location in relatively low lying area and soft marine clay within Pulau Indah, Klang.
The entire platform was built on surcharged soil to accelerate its primary consolidation. Founded on capping beam system on friction piles, the buildings were designed to accommodate relatively higher differential settlement.
'Park-n-Ride' Facility,

The Park-n-Ride Facility in Presint 13, Putrajaya will comprise a parking facility for 1500 cars, a bus terminal and a hotel. Nestled within the Putrajaya Wetlands, the complex will be a multi-function with activities on roof top.
Designed using total precast construction, the modular concept of the car-park structures will optimize the design and due to repetitive design, cost and speed advantage are assured.
The dedicated interchange is part of the package. Tender exercise completed.

Faculty of Quran and Sunnah Building, is located within University Sains Islam Malaysia in Nilai. Once completed it would able to accommodate up to 2500 students at any session.
This compact yet practical layout comprising 5 numbers of large full-scale Lecture Theaters within relatively small footprints. TO accommodate the ceiling height constraints, the large-span transfer beams are achieved using the Post-tensioned structures

The complex comprises of Tax Academy, Training Centre and Accommodation Buildings. The cost-effective design was completed by an effective foundation and structural system. The use of pre-boring method was employed to resolve the hard layers were encountered.
