A 3,000 acres resort lifestyle development is being proposed in Nusajaya, Iskandar Johor. Engineering challenges include designing major infrastructure and utility services within undulating soil profile, mangrove riverine reserve, low-lying and soft marine-clay subsurface condition.

As a sustainable development, various Green and Innovative Infrastructure are being proposed. These include 'Bio-EcoD' storm water system utilizing swales and seamless pedestrian and cycle paths. And a green Sewage Treatment facilities. Others include minimized cut and fill earthworks and use of geosenthetic applications for slope and embankment.

Interesting features include multi-function flood gate from Sg. Melayu with potential wave-tide energy. Scope of services includes main platform, interchanges, water reservoir, and marine structures such jetties for water taxi facility.
