    NAZA Properties' Mastika Ampang, High-end Residential-Retail Mixed Development for EFTRA Builders, Ampang. Comprising of 33 Storey Apartment, 4-level Retail Podium & 3-level basement.

    Shear-wall and system construction are designed for efficient construction. Large-span podium is made possible with the use of post-tensioned 'flat slab' system and 'band-beams.' Due to the presence of shallow boulders and hard layers, bored-pile foundation has been used.

    The sustainable and green living is achievable by designing the slope as acting as jogging-cum-terraced landscape.
