The new corporate office of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry will comprise of a 33-storey office Tower and 4-storey Carpark / Auditorium Annexed Block. The project to attain the coveted Green Building Indexed targeted at Gold GBI Certification.

Post-tensioned Flat-Slab Structural Floor System is being utilized to achieve the most efficient system construction. Combine with the full-glass fascade and dry wall construction, the building was aimed to attain the highest possible CIDB's Industrialized Building System (IBS) Score. Founded on bored pile foundation of this predominantly Kenny Hill Foundation sub-surface profile.

39-storey office tower with M&E room transfer levels and 4 levels basement. Deep-basement design with 'top-down' construction technique provides speed and cost advantage. Super-structures utilise the full potential of PT System by adopting a beamless slab spanning of up to 18m.

Twin Towers of 20-storey each and 6 levels of adjoining Plaza and 2-3 level basement car park.

Super-structures utilising the full potential of post-tensioning system allowing a large-span floor structures of up to 8.4m and flat-slab system for faster and efficient construction.




Commercial Office Building, Parcel 2C2, Precinct 2, Putrajaya

The 15-storey, 3-basement parking is a prominent lake edge building adjacent to Menara PjH along the Putrajaya Boulevard. The characteristic include 3 ‘fingers’ annexed low-rise podium blocks. Designated to be a Green Buidling to GBI Gold Certified Building, every element of the building design encompass the energy-efficient effort especially on the fascade design and building air-conditioning system which primarily using the centralised Gas District Cooling Chilled Water System.

The project is so interesting and challenging, where the new building will sit on a completed lowest basement slab and completed foundation. Design and construction include various options and solutions to make use of the existing foundation and structures for the entirely new building.

The successful design of the basement and building was made possible with the innovative design of our engineers. The design include combined bored-pile and rock-socketing shallow foundation. Flat slab system for basement floors and post-tensioned upper level office floors further optimise the floor-to-floor height.




Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya (SPR) Head Office,
Parcel 2C10, Precinct 2, Putrajaya

The structural floors of the 9-storey office are designed using Post-tensioned Flat-slab for speed of construction and efficient ceiling space.

Due to site constraints the 3-level basement is designed to facilitate top-down construction. Diaphragm walls and bored-pile foundation with steel plunge-in column are largely adopted.

The fascade and roof elements are designed to minimize the impact of temperature and reduce the electricity.

This prime commercial plot in Putrajaya Boulevard is a contrast for its clean curvy glass curtain walling with contrast overhang metal roof. Inside, the large atrium glass roof appears more impressive.

The successful completion of the 3-level basement of this 10-storey building was made possible with the innovative design of our engineers by combining anchored, cantilevered contiguous bored pile in with open excavation for basement construction was adopted and proven to be a successful option. Flat slab system for office floors further optimises the floor-to-floor height.

18-storey of residential tower with 2-3 storey retail podium and public facilities.2 levels of semi-basement parking. Foundation: Bored-piles with diameters ranging from 750mm to 900mm adopted. Reinforced concrete wall system for the tower and conventional RC frame for low-rise structures.Transfer floor below lowest units utilizing Post-tensioned Flat Plate system.

33 & 45 Storey Corporate Office Tower, 4-Level Podium & 2-Basement Carpak. Due to the sensitive nature of the nearby development, a top-down basement construction is being proposed.

Super-structure: Large-span office floors with transfer levels at podium require the application of post-tensioned structural system to minimise the depth and giving advantage to floor-to-floor height.
